Favourite Surfer: I have always admired and strived for diversity of skills and conditions on the water...for that reason I'd have to say Kai Lenny...the ultimate waterman.
Accomplishments: 
  • Beach lead for "Life Rolls On Martinique Beach" in Nova Scotia...this event continues to be one of the most meaningful experiences I've had on the water as a surfer/human
  • Atlantic Canada representative for the National Paddle Canada SUP Program Development Committee
  • SUP chair for Canoe Kayak Nova Scotia
  • Organizer of the 2018 Atlantic Canada SUP CUP
  • Owner/operator of Scotian SUP and supporting the development of SUP training and instructor certification in Atlantic Canada for the past 5 years
  • Attended the Tofino SUP Wave Invitational in 2015 and made it through a few heats
  • Managing to develop as a SUP surfer in Nova Scotia without pissing off too many locals :)
